How to use JuniorLog

First launch

Open JuniorLog and choose your language (Türkçe / English). You can use it in two ways:

• No account (local mode): Start right away without signing up. All data stays only on your phone.
• With an account (cloud mode): Sign in and your data is backed up encrypted to your account, so it survives a new phone.

For cloud mode you are asked to accept the KVKK Notice, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use separately. If you decline, you keep using the app in local mode.

Add your baby or pet

Create your first profile: choose baby, cat, dog, bird or fish and enter the name, date of birth and gender.

• Each profile gets its own vaccine schedule, routine and growth chart.
• You can add several profiles and switch between them with the profile picker at the top of the screen.

Vaccine and health record

A general vaccine schedule is ready based on the profile's species and age. Mark vaccines as done and add the date and notes.

• Attach reports, documents and photos to a record so you have them with you at the doctor or vet.
• You can adjust the schedule to match what your doctor or vet recommends.

The vaccine schedule in the app is general information. Always ask your doctor or vet about vaccine timing.

Log daily routines

Feeding, sleep, diapers, solids, bath, walks… Log each one in a single tap.

• The day's entries appear on a timeline in time order.
• For timed entries such as sleep, enter the start and end to see the duration.

Track height and weight

Enter height and weight measurements regularly and JuniorLog shows them on a chart over time.

Percentile curves shown for babies are general information only; ask your doctor to interpret them.

Calendar and reminders

The smart calendar on the home screen lists upcoming vaccines, check-ups and medicines in date order, and you get a notification before a vaccine is due.

• When the app asks for notification permission, tap Allow.
• If you turned it off earlier, enable JuniorLog notifications in your phone's Settings app.

Account and cloud backup

When you sign in, your account is created automatically and your data syncs with it.

• When you sign out, the data is removed from the phone; it comes back when you sign in again with the same account.
• On a new phone, just sign in with the same account.

Without an account, data is not backed up. If the phone is lost or reset, or the app is deleted, the data is gone too.

Use it together with family

Family sharing needs an account. Create a family under Settings > Family, then create and share an invite code. Invite codes are valid for 7 days and can be used once.

• Admin: Manages the family, invites members, changes roles and chooses who sees which profile.
• Editor: Adds and edits records.
• Viewer: Sees the calendar and routines.

Members can leave at any time and the admin can remove members. A member who leaves or is removed loses access to the shared profiles.

When you join a family, the existing data on your phone is replaced by the family's data. Back up your own data before joining.

JuniorLog Pro (iOS only)

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes ads. You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

• After reinstalling or on a new iPhone, tap Restore purchase in Settings using the same Apple ID.
• The Android version is free and contains ads; Pro is not available on Android.

If you want to delete your account

Go to Settings > Delete My Account to permanently delete your account and all your data. If you are the family admin and other members remain, hand over the admin role first.
